JEAN STYLING // SPRING 2016

Firrrrst of all: HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!! I hope all of you have had a piece of those chocolate eggs that I never get to buy but are so popular everywhere!

Saying that Easter has arrived makes me think two things: 1) YES!! CHOCOLATE FOR EVERYONE! and 2) YES!! SPRING AND MORE SUN FOR ME!! This last one may have more importance than the first -mainly because I eat a piece of chocolate everyday, so there is not much difference on my diet lol-, and that´s because I am soooo ready for the sun-kissed skintone. Also, warmer temperatures are coming along with new refreshing outfits, so yeah, that brings more happiness into my fashion world (if that makes any sense?).

This post is all about different types of in-jeans and ways to style said clothing, as it may be difficult to style these pants with new clothing pieces from the stores. As being a stylist is my main dream, this is something I love to do- and thanks to Polyvore, I do it a lot.

Nightmare outfits

Hi there! Are you enjoying this summer as much as you can? I´m actually trying to- but it seems imposible as I have been sick for over a week and a half now and cannot go out and enjoy myself as much... I think someone out there is playing a really bad trick on me or something.
The things is, in what it seems like a month, I will start with my classes again (as this will be my last school year before uni) and I need to start buying new clothes to slay in my new school.
According to what I have seen in the street style pictures that are all over Tumblr, I have chosen some of my favourite trendy things that will be seen this fall, and I have put some of my ideas out there in case I´m stuck in the mornings not knowing what to wear. Yes, this first world problem seems to be pretty popular among teenagers nowadays, and it looks like I am one of them.



I must say that my favourite piece out of all of these is, without a doubt, the suede mini skirt- I am going to buy one as soon as posible, and I am already waiting for the "perfect one" to arrive to my favourite shops (Zara and H&M).
I have also realized that my love for grey clothing is growing fast, in a way of changing a bit of my all-black-everyday outfits- which seem to bother some people around me?! As an old proverb says, "Those who cannot handle an all black outfit are WEAK". Or something like that.

SUMMER ESSENTIALS 2015

This summer has been amazing so far when it comes to finding really cool and chic pieces for the hottest days of the year. Some of the most famous designers all over the world have slayed with their new clothing and accessories that have made apps such as Instagram and Tumblr full of amazing pictures and different ways to style a simple pair of shoes or a electric blue fedora. I am loving my dash right now-both on Instagram and Tumblr- as I can get inspired in many different ways, and this is helping me get closer to finding my own style.

I myself get inspired by anything and anyone, it can be a picture of a dark coloured bird (let´s say the little black and white birds) or Rihanna´s colourful outfits on her way home from the studio; but there is always something that catches my eye and gives me ideas of making a hundred more of polyvore sets with stuff that may be too expensive for my bank account (actually, my parents´ ).

Going back to the fact that it´s still summer and we still have time to feel the hot temperatures and the sun for a little bit more, I have chosen some of my favourite picks that will make this year´s summer outfits ace.

Studded sandals: the ultimate obsession

Summer is coming- and with that hot and sunny weather too! So what´s better invention than some cool and easily wearable studded sandals to be on point wearing some simple and fresh shoes? (The genius who invented sandals needs a recognition on his honour I swear).
I have lately been really obssesed with studded sandals (heeled and not heeled ones) and I recently bought some from Forever 21- which I´m expecting will fit me okay!
Anyway until I finally get the perfect pair of these I made some sets to have some inpiration for you to use this summer!

New obsession: shirtdresses

Hi guys! Recently I have been quite obessed with shirtdress- yep, those really long shirts that look like 3 times your actual size. I have seen lots of celebs and my inspirtaions wear them and they looks so cool and amazing that I really want one! There are different ones-denim shirtdress, the T-Shirt one, striped... and I have fell in love with all of them. They are perfect for the everyday life (more in summer rather than in winter) and such an incredible piece of clothing.
Well, they are quite versatille and easy to style, so I thought of making some sets for this spring. Tell me what you think of them! X

What´s in my bag?

Hi everyone! As one of my latest purchases was my new Sportsgirl bowling bag, I thought of showing you what I do carry everyday to school.

First of all, I always make sure I have my phone with me. I cannot leave without it, so the first thing I have next to my bag is my phone.

Secondly, I take my wallet with me, as it is one of the most important thing of my bag- without it I would not be able to even go to school or anywhere, so I always check if I have it with me.

As I am attending school here in Australia, I always carry my pencil case to school and everywhere- who know when you will need 30 pens at the same time!

Also, as I use glasses everyday (I am half blind), I carry my glasses case everyday in case I need to change my contact lenses to glasses because of the tiredness in my eyes.

I would like to add a small notebook, as I need it for school, but it is never a bad idea to have one next to you, maybe you will need it to writ a good quote on it, as a shopping list, and more. Never underestimate a small notebook.

Last but not least, my makeup bag! I have lately been using it quite a lot, as I wear a bit  makeup everyday, so I always carry my cute small makeup bag in case something happens to my face...

These trainers...

The most important thing your outfit should be is comfortable. It is okay to look good and make everyone else jelaous of you outfit, but, what many people don´t do is choose an outfit which is increidble and comfortable at the same time, and that is not how it works!
Your feet hurt after walking to the shop to get that top which is on sale and there is only one piece left, right? So what I thought was: how can I go classy, chic or casual, but also comfortable at the same time? Well, here is the solution- these Nike trainers! I chose the black ones because I am just more of black than anything else in the entire world, and they are easier than any other colour to combine.
